Very timely and professional. Reasonably priced too

Michael and his family were a true joy to work with. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was honest with me about what did and didn’t need to be done. Saved me a lot of money and also did some things that he didn’t even charge me for! He was honest,prompt and receptive to all of my questions and concerns. I wold hire him again and again and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Michael Wheeler and his sons are ironmen. They were to put in a new Trane central air conditioner, (expected to be completed in one day). After removing the indoor unit I was shown the furnace section which was about 20 years old. Although it may have lasted another year or so, it seemed easier, (and much cheeper), to replace it at this time. The total installation would also not have to be disturbed when the furnace would have to be replaced. Both furnace and air conditioner were installed that day. This in spite of the fact that the furnace was an additional job, requiring pickup, delivery, and full installation. Time was 13.5 hours.

They were prompt, professional and reasonable.

Wheeler Heating and Cooling seems to be a family owned business. They installed central A/C for my 1300 sq ft modular home. I found them to be very professional, they knew their product, and I would feel comfortable using them again.

This is a family run company, Dad and the boys do the dirty work while mom runs the show. They maintained contact well, arrived when they said they would, and best of all, Mike identified real problem (low voltage) with my A/C system instead of just replacing parts as they wore out. They were always professional, clean, and efficient when installing the new system.

Wheeler Heating and Cooling did a great job installing my Central Air! They were timely, neat, and explained any questions I had thourghly. This company cares about customer satisfaction and thats what its all about…I would recommand them to anyone.

As a recent, first-time homeowner, I highly recommend Wheeler Heating & Cooling. For three years, Zach has been the primary heating technician to maintain the aging Burnham Boiler that came with the house. This year, an eight-inch crack formed, and together, we decided the best option would be to replace the boiler with a new one before the cold weather arrives. Fortunately, the boiler was installed the following week.

Aaron and Sean arrived promptly, and spent the day installing the new boiler. Occasionally, I would stop in, to observe progress, and ask questions. They were very patient answering all of my questions, and appreciate the adage “there is no such thing as a stupid question.” I wanted to understand the complete installation process. I was not ignored, or “talked down to”…which can happen with some home repair businesses, especially for new homeowners. 

I am not an expert on boilers, of course, but I will say, the installation of the new boiler looks like a work of art. For example, the copper piping, and valves are neatly aligned. The blue plumber’s tape was carefully, and neatly applied.   Everything appears squared away and secure. 

Afterward, Aaron gave a thorough explanation of the boiler system, while I took notes, and asked follow-up questions.  In addition, everything was cleaned-up, and there was no mess left behind. 

Buying a new boiler is a huge investment. If you are looking for a professional and conscientious team, give Wheeler a call. As with anything, it is always a good idea to do your own research, first, and have your questions ready.
